Peptora stores every piece of data you enter — peptides, reminders, dose logs, stacks, preferences — only on your device. No account is required. No personal data leaves your phone unless you choose to share it.
Data stored on your device
Reminders, dose logs, and custom stacks live in a local database (Room) on your phone. Settings such as language, theme, and experience level live in encrypted-at-rest preferences. If you uninstall the app, all of this is deleted with it.
Notifications
If you opt in to notifications, reminders run locally using Android WorkManager. We do not send push notifications from a server — your phone schedules them itself, even without an internet connection.
Analytics & tracking
Peptora contains no analytics SDKs, no crash reporting, no advertising identifiers, and no third-party trackers. We have no way to see how you use the app or what peptides you look up.
External links
Research links open in your browser via Chrome Custom Tabs. We do not see which links you tap. The destination sites (PubMed, NEJM, etc.) have their own privacy policies.
